A few months ago I discovered Nurished Superfood Energy drink mixes, and they have been my go-to morning beverage ever since! The pre-measured individual packets are portable for on-the-go use and are easily added to 12 ounces of water (I use a shaker bottle for fast, complete mixing) to produce a tasty, energizing drink that starts my day off right. I particularly like the B-12 boost I get with no sugar (lightly sweetened with stevia) and just the right amount of tea-derived caffeine... not too much and not too little. Plus an array of vitamins and minerals and micronutrients from natural sources. All this for only about a dollar a day! What's not to like?
